Our process, step by step

You should know what you're getting into before you even write to us.

The steps

From first email to delivery

  1. First contact

    Rouage
We read your request and answer you personally to understand the situation.
    You
A few sentences on what isn't working, and when you're available to talk.
    Outcome
A clear answer: yes, no, or not yet, with the reason. If the project is worth taking further, the form the next step will take.
  2. Scoping

    Rouage
We propose a precise scope: what's included, what isn't, in what order.
    You
Information about your company, your tools and your constraints.
    Outcome
A written proposal you take the time to review: scope, schedule and budget set together before any commitment.
  3. Build

    Rouage
We build and show you the progress at every step; nothing goes through without your approval.
    You
Your feedback and approvals as we go.
    Outcome
    Visible progress, not promises.
  4. Delivery and follow-up

    Rouage
We put it online, check that it works and stay available.
    You
    Your final approval.
    Outcome
A tool in service and a person you can reach. What comes next is then decided with you: changes, monitoring, or nothing more if the need is met.

This sequence is the general frame; the detail of each step is set during scoping, project by project.

How we work

Plain language: if an explanation needs jargon, it isn't ready.

An honest scope: what isn't included is said up front, not discovered later.

The simplest technique that meets the need, because it can be understood and maintained.

Tools that fit into yours, rather than replacing everything.

Out of scope

What we don't do

  • Marketing, advertising and social media.
  • Paid search.
  • Brand identity and logos.
  • Projects where the tool isn't justified: we'd rather tell you.

If that's where your need lies, we'll simply tell you, without holding you back.

Next step

The first step is a conversation

If this way of working suits you, describe your situation to us: that's step one.
